Ceremony Set-Up / Tear-Down
Let us worry about the details.
Our team will setup and/or tear-down your ceremony site, and make sure that everything is as it should be.
Ceremony Coordination
We will assist in creating a timeline that is unique to your day. We will also be on site to make sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible.
Reception Set-Up / Tear-Down
Your reception will be ready for you, and your guests arrival. Centre pieces, cake tables, signing tables, etc. Each package is designed to fit your needs.
We are also available to pack up the reception rentals at the end of the evening, so you don't need to worry about a thing!
Reception Coordination
We will help you create a timeline that is catered to your needs. Welcoming guests, managing vendors, and making sure that all you need to worry about is relaxing and enjoying the day!
Day of Pick-Up's / Errands
Do you need someone to pickup the cake or any last minute additions? We have you covered! Let us do the last minute running around so that you can spend the precious time before your wedding with your loved ones preparing for your special day.
